Meet: Ally Afortunado

Meet Ally, one of the very first people who made New York feel like home.

From the moment we met, I knew there was something special about her. She has this incredible way of making everyone around her feel seen, welcomed, and cared for. She's kind, endlessly supportive, effortlessly cool, and the kind of woman who quietly inspires everyone lucky enough to know her.

Like so many of us, Ally has reinvented herself more than once. She's had the courage to walk away from a marriage that no longer served her, embraced new career paths, and built a life that feels authentically her own. Today, she’s a well known leader in NYC’s restaurant and bar scene as the General Manager of Jungle Bird, a place that reflects the same warmth and community she brings everywhere she goes.

And because one talent apparently wasn't enough... she's also an incredibly gifted DJ.
